MSi Light. 7970?

Hi guys. 
I bought this card and had it around for couple days. i just noticed that my card is 1100/1500MHZ! I looked on internet and others are 1070/1400? Can my card be flashed bios to 7990? 

I really don't know but card sometimes drop black sceen and i turned it to 1050/1500 and its okay for over 3 days now no problems. What can this be? I didnt buy brand new card?

No lol 7990 is two gpu's and it would have lower clocks. 

It's probably just boosting itself a little.
