I want to water cool my system and this is what I currently have:

CPU Water Block(4770k): xspc raystorm

GPU Water Block(sli gtx 780): xspc razor

GPU Water Block(sli gtx 780): xspc razor

Pump: 1 switftech mcp655

I will also be putting the loop through asus maximus formula vi, which has built in waterblock.

I cant decide on fans (interested in the corsair sp120's), radiators (thinking I would need 2 x 480 rads?), and fittings to choose.

Also will the 1 mcp655 be enough for all this?

you could easily cool that with a 360 and a 240 I think. 2 480's is fine,

If you get noctua nf-f12 they are spendy but they're quite quiet as long as the fans are directly attached to the radiators, and don't have a gap inbetween, otherwise they make some weird windish noise from the air leaking out and stuff.

2x 480 rads would be more than enough for this system and would give you plenty of room to add hardware. For fans I would recommend something with high static pressure like corsair sp120's or silverstones ap121's. The pump will probably be enough but you will want to have the setting on medium to high.

That is my build, except for the mobo, which will be the asus maximus vi formula.

BTW this is a soon to be built system, just waiting on the mobo to be released in stores.

I am looking for a quiet system, but want to still be able to overclock a fair amount.

Unless you were planning to quad sli in the future and run two xeons and watercool ram and mosfets and such, yeah it's overkill.

Any advice on specific radiator fan combos? Cause I heard some fans are better with thick radiators... ect

Keep in mind I want this to be rather quiet.

Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition

Noctua NF-F12

Silverstone AP123

Gelid Wing 12

Those are some choices

For very thick radiators I would go push pull at very low RPMs

Scythe is also an option if you are not in North America. Noise Blocker eLoops too :)

I dont know about the EVGA ACX cards, but sometimes GPUs with custom coolers also has a custom PCB, then you might not be able to use the Titan blocks from XSPC, just so you know. :)

Actually I think you should get the refference card from EVGA instead, if you havent already bought the hardware.. :)

(Comming soon)

600-1400rpm fans work best on 5-12fpi (fins per inch)

1200-2000rpm fans work best on 15-20fpi

1800rpm+ fans work best on 25fpi+

usually high static pressure and lowest dbA works out too.

if using super thick (80mm) cores a push/pull helps in lowering the fan speed

60 and less can easily get away with push or pull. but fan speed can be adjusted

for noise-level and temperature comfort.

i usually recommend Alphacool, XSPC (RX), and HardwareLabs SR1 radiators

Corsair SP120

Noctua NF-F12, NF-P12

Gentle Typhoon AP-15

Swiftech Helix 120

Silverstone air penetrator

maybe NB, just hadn't found a combination of those yet.
