Start with a setup tour, people love those. Next review each tech item you use and everything you can get your hands on from the last year or so. Also old items that were important (like the iphone 1) are good. For gaming, play some newer indie games, people will generally want to watch videos of games to make sure they are good before they buy them. You should also start a letsplay of a game you really like. Remember to be entertaining, that is the main reason people will watch more than one video. Try to do collaborations to get more subscribers once you have a few. Get everybody you know like your friends and family to subscribe do you have a better starting space. If you do those and are interesting, you will probably succeed.

Do a review of the contents of your rig the newer the better.

Ya i might do both in one video like the setup tour and the rig video in one and the lets play later in the future.

Have something you already own and you know well.

Your setup

A camera

A phone

And just review it and say how you've used it in the time you've had it. Chances are you're as much as a normal consumer as the next man.

I'd outline:

Introduction

Features

How it is usable and how often

What the bad points are

What you think of it

Would you recommend?

Start with that structure, and as long as you're passionate and get your facts right, you should be amazing. Try not to sound nervous, and try to inspire people into looking into this product.

Hope this helps!
