I have a razer setup and I'm looking to getting a razor mouse that is good for fps like bf4 counter strike ace of spades etc. It has to also be a later NO OPTICAL

Yeah Razer doesn't have the greatest reputation, I would really recommend Logitech.

i can't see any reason to get razer over any other better and cheaper brand.unless you believe the whole "for gamers, by gamers".

if you are going over many surfaces check out the logitech MX series like the anywhere MX, I have one for my laptop

 

tracks over glass, skin, wood, marble, fabric train seats, almost anything, I have yet to have it not track, I once used it on a train window because there was no space and I wanted to play black flag on the train

I have an Abyssus and I like it. Although the DeathAdder is a better choice and probably the best choice if you insist on Razer.

OP: I'm taking you're using this for a laptop; the CM Storm series have no-frills mice that are relatively smaller, perfect for claw grips and portability.

I always draw attention haha, actually people were like "wow I didnt know you could play games like that on laptops" - dont forget its an 11.6" laptop with a 650m so its surprisingly good since the screen is only 768p (xbox one )

 

Yeah for a laptop, the thing is the MX series uses a darkfield sensor, so it tracks over glass and other materials much better than optical or laser, OP mentioned he wants to track over lots of different surfaces so figured my experiane of darkfield sensors would help
