FC 4 Insane loading times

I don't know if this is normal but it takes over 2:30 mins to for the first loading screen (this one http://i.imgur.com/IKrbE8l.jpg).

I have it installed on an Samsung 840 evo SSD, so this shouldn't be the problem.

 

Does anybody have this problem, too?

I have had that happen a couple of times. You could probably 3 point turn a cruise ship in the tine it takes to load sometimes. For me it's not too often at least

As you can see, it is installed on C: and C: is the SSD

For me it takes always pretty long
