Best language for Online Flash Games?

Hey i was wondering what the best language was for flash games?

 

And i was wondering what the price would cost for a coder per week?

So it would be Actionscript 3.0, (or whatever the latest stable version is). A great tool is FlashDevelop. 

 

You will also need:

• Flex 3 SDK
• Debug Flash Player
• and Java.

 

However i would recommend looking at HTML5, as more and more "flash" game creators, are moving towards that language.

For a whole weak? Full time, i can be alot..
