About a week ago I got a new HTC Desire 510, and lately there's been some issues I'm concerned about.

The phone seems to pick up false touches, or open apps on its own without me telling it to. This only happens in my room. I'm concerned something is interfering with it. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, with another phone or the same one, or if anyone knows what this is or how to fix it?

You can root is and try a touchscreen tuning app. It may fix the problem. I've got the same problem on a tf300t and I know how much it sucks.

The weird thing it that it's ONLY my room. Any other room in the house, and it works fine. Leave the house, and it works even better.

Never thought about that. What usually happens is I'll be tying and it'll either false touch alot of random keys at once, or it'll start swiping everywhere.

It could be anything really. Humidity is the most logical one tho.
