Do NOT Run the 8350 on that mobo, you will burn it out.

R9 270 is around $150 and will be fine.

What do you mean it will BURN it?

 

Since your motherboard, is not capable of that cpu, it will kill your mobo burning out the VRM's.

 

I would recommend a 970 or 990FX board

If you can spend a bit more i suggest getting this 760 http://www.amazon.com/Zotac-GeForce-Express-Graphics-ZT-70401-10P/dp/B00DKX0U0Y/ref=sr_1_7?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1417848691&sr=1-7&keywords=760 it is about 25% faster then the 270
