Turning displays on and off has no effect on the GPU load. The GPU still renders images to the displays that are turned off.

i thought offloading pixels will help gpu focus on those 2Mpixels that needs to be displayed with out lag

The display is still recognized and the GPU still sends frames to it.

well it sound like the on board graphics on your electron chip don't have the power do drive the external monitor.

Optional Issues could be the VGA cable not setting properly or the cable is damaged.

but you could upload a video It could help.

well in my shitty laptop specs says it can run higher resolutions than 1080p

my lovely mom took my 1500$ pc because she is fucking insane. she tells me im addicted to a pc even though addiction center clearly said im not. and she act insane with me but im not about that here

even my nexus 5 doesnt lagg so mutch on youtube with its 1080p display and i mean youtube.com on dolphin browser witch loads desktop version of the page

http://youtu.be/OIVrlj5uURA

http://youtu.be/dP5s99S7Zl4

its still werry noticeable lag on 30fps camera and trust me when i say its really annoying to an eye because im used to butter smooth video.

one more think my purpose is to at least get consistent 30fps video in youtube.if you know counter strike than im abble to play it on this pc as long as i wont surf or bhop. but i dont play cs anyways

well its no problem to me because i only use pc for a entertainment and it usually takes from none up to 2 hours a day. not to mention my mom works with pc for money so theoretically she is really dependent on pc not like me because i dont even use social websites like face book just because i meet my friends in person bro

so any ideas how to impruve 2d desktop experriance please?
