Power sw, Reset sw, power led and hdd on dell precision t3500 motherboard

RayDontPlay

I am building a very low budget machine with my brother. We are reusing a case from a HP Pavillion A000 and the motherboard from a Dell Precision T3500 (Mobo:9KPNV). I need to know where do I plug in the Power sw, Reset sw, Power led, and HDD led?

Computer specs:
CPU: Xeon W3520
MOBO: Dell 9KPNV
RAM: 3 x 4GB DDR3 1333mhz
GPU: Geforce GTS 450
HDD: WD 500GB Sata 3 7200rpm
PSU: 365w
ODD: DVD writer
CASE: Reused from HP Pavillion A000

This computer is being built for ~$100.

I found the manual for the T3500 on google but it just shows where the front panel cable plugs into the motherboard but doesn't explain which pin is for what.

I know this is a challenging question but I really appreciate anyone who helps.

Thanks

Honestly you can just try it. Find the power button then the reset next to it and all that can go wrong with leds is that they won't work.
