A single GTX 970 is going to be marginal in some games playing 5760x1080.

I would suggest different memory that is a little less expensive and does not have flashing blue led along the top - G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

A better sized psu would also be a good idea. SeaSonic G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply is a good choice. If you want something bigger SeaSonic SSR-650RM or EVGA 220-G2-0750-XR would be good.

You may want to consider IPS panels for their wider viewing angles and better color reproduction - AOC I2421VWH 60Hz 24.0" Monitor

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Will a RM 750 suport dual gtx 970's with no problem? also i picked those 3 monitors more because of the price, and not so much about the color reproduction (where im buying they are alot less money) and the memory i was going to use is at 2133MHz pc part picker just didnt have those

A 600W psu will support dual GTX 970. There are better psu than the RM-750.  EVGA 220-G2-0750-XR, for example.

With three monitors you also need to be concerned about viewing angles. Check you local retailer's pricing of IPS monitors.

Faster memory is not going to make a noticeable difference in gaming. Unless the 2133MHz kit is priced closed to a 1600MHz one, it isn't worth the premium.
