Yea, this is a common issue with all PC's because Ubi didn't bother fixing the issues with the game...

My System Specs: (Short list) i7 4770k, GTX 780, many SSD's, a 2 TB HDD(deceased :( ), Corsair 650D. Full list: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kchriz6097/saved/8dh7YJ

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

The 750 is perfect on this resolution , no?

The memory usage is on 950mb,is the ram?

yes it is, but ac:u is so poorly optimized that even a 980 can not max it out

Well your rig is quite decent to game on 720p but the problem here is not your pc but the game itself, as the game is not at all optimized to run with decent fps on even the most powerful pc's. I would suggest you tho wait for few patches for the game.

Simply think it as the game still haven't passed its beta.
