I just assembled my first PC and I can't get it to start. When I try and turn it on the fans start and lights start but then there is a click (breaker in the power supply?) and it goes back off. I can't find anything hooked up wrong. Had a friend look who knows what he's doing and he said the same. Our best guess is its because my apartment isn't grounded. Could this be it, if not anything else I should check?

Everything is in the case, can't find a jumper for bios on the motherboard (Z97S SLI krait edition). Components are i5-4690k processor, 750w evga supernova, crucial mx100 ssd and a gskill ripjaws 8gb ram stick, no video cards yet (still in transit). Took it to my neighbors house (grounded) and still no dice.

There are clear cmos pins (somewhere) and a jumper is included in packaging. what are those 2 pins dead-centre of your mobo?
