Mouse not accurate in some games? [4k]

Fate

So I got my 4k monitor yesterday and I wanted to see if I could actually run games before I got my new gpu, and to my surprise, they run REALLY well on just a 270. There's one problem though, in some games (like WoW), the mouse pointer is like 5 inches to the right and 2 inches down from where it's supposed to be. Does anybody know why this occurs/how to fix it?

probably windowed version does not work well in 4k.

It happens only during fullscreen, from what I've seen so far. (the settings you see weren't applied yet)

Maybe it's an issue due to Windows' scaling?
