My psu is making a weird noise when i shut it down.. i don't really know whats the problem..

Not sure what you mean by wierd noise, do you mean that brief click when you shut it down, because the rest of the video just sounds like static to me. If that's the noise you're talking about, I'm 99% sure it's nothing to be worried about.

Send it back for warranty.

He means to return it to Corsair. It stands for "return merchandise authorization". Although I wouldn't do that.

That's actually kinda satisfying. I don't think there's an issue, my RM650 does the same thing.

i removed the GPU and booted and shut it down and it still made that noise first i thought it was GPU prob too.

The sound right at the end where the computer turned off? If so, that's a relay disengaging.
