Micproblems with HyperX cloud

Hello!

I just bought a HyperX cloud but when i got it the mic wasn´t working and still isn´t. The only sound that comes from it is a loud a clicking sound when i raise, lower the volume or mute the mic. I bought it online so i´d rather not send it back but i think i might have to. Would be grateful for help! :)
