Spiderman vs Predator

Who do you think would win if they fought in an abandoned manhattan- no people other than these 2 there
I've been debating with a friend, he says the Predator will win no matter what, since even if spidey manages to kill him, he will blow shit up with a mini nuke. He also says that the predator will win due to his hand to hand weapons like the spears,claws and massive strength
I say that spiderman can detect the stealthed predator with his spider sense, dodge everything, and is probably just as-if not stronger than the predator(lifting between 10-25 tons). Also, his webbing is very strong and can buy him enough time
Who do you think is correct?

Predator hands down. Spidey is week.

Spiderman. A lot of Predators strengths aren't really strengths against spidey and the spider sense will alert him (I presume) to ranged weapon attacks as well as invisibility (that was a thing predator had right?). I think spidey's speed and agility will give him the advantage in direct hand-to-hand combat too. Only thing is I'm not sure how spidey would go about killing him.

 

That said - for a pleb like me I'd be more afraid of predator than spidey.
