How to launch in Deluge instead of Transmission Bittorrent in Ubuntu

So whenever I try to download something, it opens up Transmission BitTorrent Client instead of Deluge. How do I change this?

Sound: Custom one pros, Audioengine A5+ with S8 sub.

Unfortunately, my only experience with ubuntu is about 20 minutes playing around with it in a VM.

That helped me with the VLC player problem, but it seems like launching torrents isn't a default application.

Did you attempt to associate torrent files with Deluge?
