OBS - No quicksync

Okay so I cant activate Intel Quicksync for OBS, all my hardware supports it and I have the iGPU drivers installed, so what could it be?

I have an i5 2500 and a G1 Sniper M3, both are said to support Quicksync :\

 

Ideas?

You will have to enable it in the bios
