This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

The Cas 9 is 1.6v because that's the voltage it needs to run at 2133 Cas 9, the Cas 11 is 1.5v because it has looser timings therefore it doesn't need as much voltage.

1.5-1.65v is more than fine for motherboards.

But this doesn't belong in "Graphics Cards."

so whci to buy , 1866 cas 8   -  2133 cas 9    - 2133 cas 11

Cas 9 2133 is better on paper:

DDR3-2133 CAS9 8.44ns

DDR3-1866 CAS8 8.6ns

It has a lower latency. So as long as the price differences between the two aren't too large, then go with the 2133 Cas 9 kit.
