Hey guys,

I'm building a recently PC, that i can watch videos at 1080P, and play basic games.

I wanted to play these games (Perfect World, AION, Aura Kingdom...) paired with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 1GB DDR3.

I'm having some trouble with these games, Because, when i'm playing, the CPU Usage went to 100%, and starts lagging, i don't know if is the GPU , but i'm sure the problem is on the CPU.  My current CPU is an AMD Sempron 140 Single Core 2.7Ghz. I tried to upgrade it, but the AM2 platform is dead, so i'll be changing for one more recent, like the FM2 or AM1, that is more affordable for me. My OS is Windows 8.1 x64.

I wanted to know, which one, will be the best choice for me, the Quad Core AMD Athlon 5150, Or the Dual Core AMD A4 4000.

Their specs on this site : http://www.game-debate.com/cpu/index.php?pid=2052&pid2=1921&compare=athl...

Thanks.

Considering your demands I would go AMD APU. Something like the AMD A10 7700K on the FM2 platform will be a very good option as it has quite decent on-board graphics, probably even better than your GT 630.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 - 3900x @ 4.4GHz with a Custom Loop | MBO: ASUS Crosshair VI Extreme | RAM: 4x4GB Apacer 2666MHz overclocked to 3933MHz with OCZ Reaper HPC Heatsinks | GPU: PowerColor Red Devil 6900XT | SSDs: Intel 660P 512GB SSD and Intel 660P 1TB SSD | HDD: 2x WD Black 6TB and Seagate Backup Plus 8TB External Drive | PSU: Corsair RM1000i | Case: Cooler Master C700P Black Edition | Build Log: here

Based on the games you play, you are going to need an Intel processor to get good performance in those games during intensive fights.

A Pentium G3258 or i3 would do you well and give you the option to upgrade in the future.
