I was going to buy a new ram for my new rig and I wanted to see whether I should go with

A ram that is 1866mhz with CAS 9 or 2133Mhz with CAS 10.

You won't notice a difference, get whatever is cheaper/has a better warranty/looks cooler tbh.

I have used both and if you are between the two go for the less expensive you will only see marginally better preformance.
