I wish I think only portal lets you do that now

So my friends come over all the time, and I recently sold my Xbox 360e and One to go all PC just now thinking that we might not be able to play zombies anymore so.. Can Black Ops and Black Ops 2 for PC have splitscreen with controllers (Xbox One controllers)

I know 2 for a fact and you I think you need a controller attached 1 should have the function too
