You probably can. But it also depends on your CPU too. Bioshock Infinite isnt a demanding game at all, you might even hit like 50~fps

Yeah, it wont be a problem. Having said you might need to take the graphics down to High.

Probably because they're crazy cheap and OP cant justify spending more on a 970
