Games Randomly Crashing

Ill be playing a game for about 10-20 minuets and then it suddenly crashes and windows tells me that it has crashed and i have to close the program. I have not updated any hardware recently. The games that i have noticed sgnificant crashing in are Hawken, Metro Last Light, Minecraft and GTA IV. I haven't played many other games to notice such bad crashes. Also im definately not running out of system memory or graphics memory.

My specs are

MSI GTX 660 2GB

8GB of corsair Vengence

3570k at 4.2Ghz

Is your OC fully stable? They may be caused by wrong processor calculations.

Codename: HighFlyer, specs:  CPU: i5 2500k cooled by a H70ish(2 rad)   Mobo: MSI MPower Z77   GPUs: Gigabyte GTX 660 OC 1150 MHZ core, 3150 memory both   RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16G @1600mhz   SSD: ADATA Premier Pro sx900 / HDD Seagate Barracuda 1TB/Samsung 1TB   Power supply: Corsair RM650 80+ Gold   Case Corsair Carbide 500R   5.4 ghz achieved on the good old 2500k, may it rest in peace. Check dat OC.

I found that if I clock my CPU to 4.4, even though it's fine stress tested in OCCT, when I get in to Far Cry after a half hour-ish it'll lock up

might not be 100% stable. maybe a little more voltage?

I dont want to increase my voltage because that can increase heat output cant it? Ill try backing my over clock off a little more. my graphics card is not overclocked any more that how it was when i got it from msi. I also changed my drivers back to the stable one from Nvidia and i still get the problem.
