I'd get maybe a 650-750 watt PSU for OCing, other than that it's fine. Also try to get a 990FX mobo.

990fx motherboards are far expensive if this board cannot accommodate a 125watt cpu ill get an 8320E processor.

It can, it just might need a BIOS update to be compatible.

but for a bios update there needs to be a chip installed for it to boot into bios   :(

Yeah, you can borrow one from someone, but it might be fine.

Just get a 970 board with better VRMs, such as the MSI 970 Gaming, or even better, the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P

i was asking if the motherboard and cpu can go together bcos its a steal for the price and most 970 motherboards cannot accommodate a fx8320 cpu

The MSI 970 Gaming, which is 6+2, is fine as well, and (at least where I am) it's a bit cheaper then the UD3P. Not as good as the 8+2 Gigabyte but w/e
