hey i would like to know what is the best internet security 2013 that works and dose what it says it dose and dose not slow my pc down and 1 more thing whats the best tuneup program to use for 2013 that works and dose what it says it dose

if you have a real time scanner, your computer will be slowed down; not much but the scanner will always be running in the background.

I've used avast and heard good things about avg.

you also might want to look into ccleaner.
