Multiple Computer Monitors

 I have a question about setting up multiple computer monitors. I plan on doing most of the work/gaming in my office when I am home, but I would also would like to have 2 monitors with mouse and keyboard set up in my garage. They would be set up to the same computer about 100' or so away. Is this something that can do done? In a recent video on Linus tech tips ( 

) he showed a 100' USB 3. Do to the price I wanted to know if this could be done with a CAT 5 cable? Can you have one or more computer monitor set up that far away from the computer? If so it would be a great help to me if someone could suggest way to make that work.
