I just find it a bit irritating that anytime "gaming" is attached to a product they come out looking a certain way, or with big gaudy logos. Or it's sponsored by Mountain Dew, Doritos or some energy drink.

Yeah, I get where you are coming from because as soon as someone hears "gaming" they automatically think of these things, which is kind of annoying.

I think what we're going for here is what gaming-oriented products look totally over-the-top. I'm sure we're not blanketing all gaming products.

I mean, I'm a pretty function-over-form dude, but I would hate having a graphics card that was just a PCB, heatsink and fans. Like this:

My ideal level of gaming looks are things like CM Storm Quickfire keyboards. I have a TK and it's awesome. I's nice and understated but the lights are just baller. I've also got a G502, which I absolutely adore for both looks and functionality.

Things like ooh, I don't know, those PC cases that are only sold as prebuilt computers to people who are 8 years old. Those, I cannot stand.

I mean, okay, some people may appreciate the looks of these things, and that's totally fine, but they just look completely impractical imaho.
