Well if you have to get one of those two, the evo is the better bet, but I'd say you should look at the be quiet pure rock or silverstone ar01 as well.

I looked at stats and it doesnt look worth it. whats the say about that?

 

PLUS has smaller max CFM

but also smaller max noise.

The be quiet is new out, and carries with it the be quiet name, being quieter than the 212 with similar performance, slightly better in some cases. The silverstone has been reviewed to be one of the best budget LGA 1150 coolers on the market and also is pretty quiet as well. I'm getting the be quiet myself, as it's the same price as the 212 where I am and has better performance IMO. If you want a cooler that has stood the test of time though, but is starting to show signs of its age then the 212 is perfectly fine.

Yes. It is actually a very good cooler for the money, and you won't be disappointed. 

the plus is going to dissapoint by a worth of 10$?

 

the PLUS is 25$ off of 30$.
