Edited Computer Build

I posted a while back and got some great feedback and so I edited my build tell me how it is. It is for gaming and programming but that's for school and robotics mainly so it shouldn't be too much I'd assume. But first, how much more expensive is water cooling than air cooling for this build?

MOBO: ASUS Maximus VI HERO ($178.99)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB @1600MHz($84.99)
HDD: WD Blue 1TB($49.99) [Plan to get more at time progresses]

PSU: Corsair HX650($109.99)

CASE: Cooler Master HAF 932 ATX($129.99)

KB: Corsair K70($169.99)

 

My target price was $1000...do you guys know any way I can take the price down without hurting performance too much? Thank you! Try not to rely on Black Friday deals right now since I won't be getting all of this at one time.
