Hi guys, a partition on my WD Caviar Blue 1tb has became RAW. This partition holds up all of my personal files and the directory of users profile folder of the OS. The OS is installed on other drive. I've tried running chkdsk with /x /f /r parameters but it gave me an error,  "insufficient disk space for fixing bad cluster file". I've tried running chkdsk again but the partition became raw, chkdsk cant be run on raw partitions. I've tried to repair the partition on a linux based environment but the partition can't be mount due to "I/O device error". I've tried using R-studio but when I've tried to scan the partition it gave again an "I/O device error"

Right now, I'm using EaseUS data recovery wizard. It is currently scanning for files on the corrupted partition and I think it will take an enormous time before it finished.

Try Testdisk, it even managed to recover my broken Intel RST Raid0.
