Weird question I know

This may not be the best place to ask but I cannot be bothered to sign up to a more suited forum, so I have decided to try here.

But there is a concept that is related to film/book/other related media where by the world in which it is set in is unrealistic. However all of the laws and rules are followed just like how they are in our world but relative to the way that they live.

For example in the Harry Potter universe, the spell 'Wingardium Leviosa' is obviously an unrealistic concept in our world but it is not in the Harry Potter universe. The spell has a certain set of rules and laws for example, it must be said correctly and the proper arm motion must be done.

Imagine a world where everyone could jump 10ft from a standing position. This is impossible in our world. In their world however it is not, most people can jump 10ft high. But all laws of physics are the same in that world in the sense that gravity brings you back down. No one can really jump higher than that and falling from a distance will hurt a person.

You see how although these examples are unrealistic in the sense that it can never be done in our world, but is realistic in the way it follows certain rules and laws that must be adhered too in order for it to be completed.

This may be explained badly but I was just wondering what the concept was called, hopefully someone knows because I once knew and have just forgotten and it is driving me crazy.

Thanks for the 'Multiverse Concept' I feel it is similar although more closely related to the High fantasy/Low fantasy genre. This concept is more unknown that I thought, or I explained it very badly.
