use PCpartpicker.com it'll tell you compatitiblity, power usage, discounts, and lots of usefulness. But I'd downgrade the CPU to a i5 and get a better GPU like a 970 if you have the money, assuming this is for video games.

Follow the topics you create using the "Follow" button in the top right corner!

One day I will have my GTX 970. One day. PC specs are at my profile.

Not sure how to check what part works with what? Check out my compatibility guide!

looking to get the best for the buck and build. that still will support assassins creed blackflag, and assassins creed unity, in nice crisp 1080p high settings. and that will also work good as an workstation.

Definitely get the gtx 970 then because 750 ti is not going to handle assassins creed well

this is my current build (I know that some parts aren't the best but its all that was available that wasn't twice the price of the ones in the US)

Core i5 4440

16GB DDR3 kingston 1600MHz Hyper-X RAM

1TB WD Caviar Blue

60GB Corsair Force LS

Asus H87M-Pro

Gigabyte gtx 970 G1 Gaming

Gigabyte gtc 650 ti for dedicated PhysX (using nvidia's PLA benchmark which is based on Unreal engine 3, I was able to get the average framerate for the 970 to equal its highest when it was handling the physx itself, its the same for BF4)

Tp-Link dual band 300mbps wifi card

apacer multi card reader

generic DVD multi recorder

Corsair CS650 PSU

I have it able to play any game at 1080p with the highest settings. Depending on your budget of course you can go from there, and if you get 2 970s and a good SLi capable motherboard they will easily outperform a 980, without costing too much more, especially if you overclock them.

Just get a I5-4690k if it doesn't cost much more, as it is just the same as the 4670k but better. 4 pounds worth it xD.

waaaay better.

get a i5 cpu like a 4690k and over clock it.

That's much better

also did a bit of rethinking off the components list and here is what i came up with, by your help and a bit off reading.
