Help choosing upgrades?

hello, i have a few questions about what to upgrade next..

 

first of all my current build is 

cpu - 8350 @ 4.6

mb - asrock fality killer 990fx

gpu - evga sc gtx 760 w/ acx cooling

ram - 8gb of corsair veng @ 1600

psu - cx600m by corsair

case - nzxt source 530

cooling - h100

 

ok so now for the questions, im basically looking to see what i would get the most frames out of when i upgrade.. should i go with a 4690k and a g1 sniper or should i keep the 8350 and just get a gtx 970. so basicly im asking would a 4690k and gtx 760 out perform a 8350 and a gtx 970?

You have more than enough watts for a single high end gpu + heavily overclocked system. If you plan to crossfire/SLI, then I'd say get a 750w unit. If not, PSU is fine.
