I hope this is the right forum for this, but I was about to order a Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming from them and now it's out of stock. How often does NCIX get restocked?

Usually once a week. Sometimes it's longer depending on the item.

Depends how many orders they had before the product went out of stock that they now have to do backorders on. Also on when shipments arrive from Gigabyte/source distributer, and processing times.

completely depend on the manufacturer. No way to know for sure. If you want it fast, I would suggest to look at some other retailers, most of them have price match.
