Help me build plz

I'm not sure what to get or where to even start... So please bare with me and help me.

I'm planning on buying all my parts on Black Friday and cyber Monday.

I'm trying to build a rig that it can expand later on as well. If I can't afford 2 gpu now, I want a system that I can expand for 2 sli later on. So basically someting that I can keep on expanding and upgrading. I'm also looking for best durability and performance.

Please give me a full specs of items I can buy to build my rig. From case gpu power supply etc. I mean a full down list of what I can buy with 1400 US dollars. I'm from California. I prefer intel over amd processor.

If you're rendering a lot too I would replace the i5 for an i7 4790k and add another 8GB of RAM.

If you're gaming at 1080p a single 970 or 980 will be plenty, the CPU cooler is OK but won't allow for lots of overclocking. You could add another HDD if you need more storage space and this build doesn't have an optical drive.
