How much does the PS4 costs in your country? Because you will have to pay for new games (if you already own some PC games, for instance I own steam acc with ~100 games and also some games on origin) and also pay montly for playing online, so I'm not sure if it will fit your budget.

Jup and games you buy on steam can run on any pc so no need to throw away all old games and jump onto the next console.

So basically you won't get a straight answer for your question as everyone has different needs and it's up to you what you really want.

 

Maybe the arguments up there can influence your opinion a bit.

Just take your time and think about what you will lose and what you will get when you change platform.
