that cpu isnt that bad it performs same as i3 2100 BUT you can overclock your cpu HD7xxx is just fine you really wont notice too much cpu bottleneck

You should be fine with any single GPU.  Obviously it will bottleneck more than an IB but you'd still get fine gaming performance out of it.  Going with multiple powerful GPU's would be pointless though...
