So, Black Friday will be here soon and I really want to replace my Kraken Pro.

I have a pretty old and not too "super advanced" mobo, which is the GA-B75M-D3V (rev 1.0 if it matters).

It has a pretty shitty ALC887 Realtek sound chipset which worked really bad with my Kraken.

Currently, I own around 440$, and I'm looking for a new headset, I play a lot CS:GO (if you have a good positional sound so this helps a lot), I prefer not spend all of my money and I'm just looking for something with a good sound for music, movies and specifially, hearing footsteps in games.

I live in Israel so consider the shipping in the price if I will need to purchase this from Amazon, I have only 1 PCI-E slot available in my mobo (WTF?!?!?) so soundcard will be a bit problematic.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I think the Kraken itself is bad beside my audio chipset.

Any USB Headset you would recommend ?

I don't really recommend gaming headsets as they are really expensive for what they offer, but the Kingston hyper x cloud are actúally a really good value for the price

My friend recommended my to buy these and I really liked them, but how will they work with my ALC887 ?

Should I buy an external audio card ? Because I don't think I have enough space in my case or an available PCI-e slot.

Your internal audio chipset will be more than enough.
