what PSU to get?

Hi! I'm wondering what PSU to get ...

my specs: 

CPU: i5-4690k

Mobo: Asrock z97 anniversary

GPU: Gigabyte r9 290 windforce 

RAM: G.Skill Sniper 2x4GB ddr3 1600 1.35v

HDD: Hitachi HDP7250

 

So i'm thinking for corsair vs650 

Is it enough?

With that current set up, a well made 450w unit is enough for a single high end GPU. A 650w supply is plenty for this if you don't have plans on Crossfire with your R9 290.
