I have OCed my i5 4690K to 4.5GHz @ 1.275V, it's stable but the problem is that it's running @ 1.275V all the time. I want to make it so that the CPU can take whatever voltage it needs, but with 1.275V being the maximum. I attached a snapshot from BIOS of my Mobo. Which of these modes should I use? I tried using adaptive mode, but it would crash immediately.

Edit: Ok, now is there something I can do about the fact that with TurboBoost on, the CPU is running at 5.7GHz?

Disable Turbo. Where you get that number anyway? Its impossible without really high voltages/killing CPU.
