H100i, 1 Fan does not work...HELP

I'm not using Corsair Link to start off...I will eventually get around to it.  

 

My question is how do I fix it? Where should I start looking? I know its not the fan as I've plugged it into my mobo using one of the extra fan headers.

 

I'm hoping corsair link will be able to help me resolve my issue. I uninstalled the h100i as a precaution and am now just using the stock cooler.

 

Looking for advice.

try corsair link, try that fan on variable volts, and if nothing works maybe you should RMA the fan and get a new one.

Just as a side note, you can run it with one fan it just isn't as efficient.

 

Contact Corsair and see if you can RMA just the fan and not the entire cooler.

RMA it if the water block fan header is defective.
