How long does it take Paypal to refund?

I cancelled a order, which I had payed with Paypal and they book it from my Bank Accont In my paypal history it says that I got a refund, but I don't know where the money is. My Paypal balance is still zero and I did not see it on my bank account. It has been 10 days now.

By the end of the month I believe.. you can call them or send them an email to ask where is it located. Or your bank if they received a payment recently (refund) from Paypal..

If you paid with your credit card, the money will go back to your card. (It can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.) If you paid with your PayPal balance or bank account, the money will be returned to your PayPal balance

I will give them a call now. It was a standard bank account.

The waiting music is nice and the person on the phone was really nice and helpful too. The order and refund was to close, so they had to wait until my bank completly processes it. I am getting it payed to my paypal account.
