What pc build should I go for z97 or x99

ok so I've been planning on building a pc for a while now and would like to know which build would be better or would go further ill also add my pros and cons for both builds

1. Budget & Location

my location is Australia and my budget is $3000 to $4500

2. Aim

my aim is to have a pc capable of gaming, live streaming, running gmod/minecraft servers for my friends and I, graphic design and video editing.

(the gaming, live streaming and running a server will most likely be at the same time)

3. Monitors

I plan on having 2 possibly 3 monitors I have no idea what the specs for monitors should be but probably a 2k monitor and maybe a 4k or maybe 2 2k monitors I haven't decided yet

4. Peripherals

I need new keyboard and was thinking either the Razer chroma or corsair RGB as i want a mechanical keyboard that lights up and that I can change the colour of

also 2 new monitors as the one I'm using now is about 7 years old. I have no idea what monitors to get if you guys could recommend some that would be great

as for the os probably win 8.1 or something

5. Why are you upgrading?

my current pc is about 7 or 8 years old, it cant livestream or run game servers that well.

any parts you guys recommend I will take into consideration

Build 1 Z97

Case - corsair graphite 380t mini itx

CPU - i7 4790k

GPU - Strix gtx 980 DC2OC 4GD5

Ram - 16 or 32 GB of recommended ddr3

Cooling - 1 CM Nepton 240m. 1 140mm, 2 120mm aftermarket fans that you recommend

Storage - 4 - 8 tb on either WD blacks or Seagate HDDs and 500 ssd samsung evo

PSU - PLEASE RECOMMEND I would prefer a modular if possible but the max size for this case is 160mm

Motherboard - asus maximus VI impact

pro - small and easy to move around, less desk space

con - lack of space inside

Build 2 X99

Case - Either a Corsair 780t or Fractal Design R5

CPU - i7 5920k or i7 5930k

GPU - Strix gtx 980 1 atm maybe 2 in sli later on depending on work loads

Ram - 16 or 32 GB of recommended ddr4

Cooling - 1 CM Nepton 240m 1 140mm, 2 120mm

Storage - 4 - 8 tb on either WD blacks or Seagate HDDs and 500 ssd samsung evo

PSU - PLEASE RECOMMEND I would like a modular psu

Motherboard- Rampage V Extreme

pro - lots of space for upgrades and cable management

con - higher price

any and all tips, pointers and reasons would be great

PS here is roughly all the parts for the builds

Of course, you are free to change peripherals, and anything you don't like, really.

And also a waste of money. He will not need more then the 850W version, even with two 980s both overclocked along with the CPU. Even the 750 will be enough.
