yep, only in certain areas though.

CPU: i7 3770k@ 4.6Ghz@ 1.23v - GPU: Palit GTX 660ti - MOBO: Asrock Extreme 4 - RAM: Corsair vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz - PSU: OCZ 650watt - STORAGE: 128Gb corsair force GT SSD/ 1TB seagate barracuda 7200rpm

I have Far Cry 4. It skips or stutters every so often. Enough to be annoying. If you look around the internet there are several people who are complaining about it. Hopefully there will be some sort of fix for it.

Disable bitmapping apparently, but makes the textures look like shit.
