You probably just need drivers for them. Windows can automatically find them for you.

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

you see i can't connect to the internet for windows to install them automatically and i have a lenovo 

 

Use the support CD that came with it. If you don't have such CD and thats your only PC, either request CD from your retailer or let them download drivers for you. Or use another PC to download them. You will find them at Lenovos support site.
