Pull is usually better for rads, so you can easily clean it. Push would be the fans pushing the air out of the case, with the fans below the h100i in the top of your case. Pull is pulling the air out of the case with the fans on top of the rad in the top of your case. Learn more about it here:

i prefer to have the fan pull the air through the rad as you can clean the rad without removing the fan(s)

I like the looks of push better because you can see the fans inside the case, but pull is probably better because it's easier to clean.

Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.

Brian (Swiftech Support): Hmm, have you tried slapping it?

On top of the fact that pulling air through your radiator allows for easier cleaning of dust build up - another difference between the two is that when you push air, it catches anything in it's way and bounces off - creating "turbulence". Basically the air starts spreading everywhere (up, down, to the sides) as soon as it hits the radiator.

So pulling air through your rad, should in theory be slightly more efficient through allowing a very smooth and steady flow of air through the fins.

However, sometimes in theory is just in theory. Tests seem to suggest that they're equally efficient. But, still more reasons to pull!
