i like both.

Both have theire pro´s and con´s for certain tasks or workloads.

People should just stop this fanism garbage :)

Im just getting tired of those people who yell and screem in every topic, without basicly knowing anything.

If you know how diffrent architectures work, then you also know which is better for which.

Like i said both have theire pro´s and con´s.

80% of the fanboys comments in amd vs intel threads is a waste of read.

Well, the fx 6300 when it came out 2 years ago was a monster cpu. Its competitive to the i3 today! But today AMD cpus arent as effective as intels so I think intel has some better options. they are just more efficient. But if you are a content creator AMD is the way to go, if not then intel. Also, to get the best out of the fx 6300 you must buy a more experiences mobo and a aftermarket cpu cooler which is roughly the same cost as an i3 with a cheap mobo.

I really hope they will release an updated version of the 6300...

Longboarders/ skaters message me!

Basicly .... AMD=good bang for your buck if you don't want to spend a lot for 8 or 6 cores

INTEL= not best bang for buck but will last you years I bet the i5 quad core will still be relevant 3-4 years from now honestly but soon I have think 6-8 cores will become more of the normal and 12-16 might be more for rendering imagine a i7 8 core 16 threads on consumer grade CPUs
