Audio Recording Software

Is there any audio recording software that will take a specific application audio or even multiple specific applications? I've searched on google for one and can't seem to find one. The goal is to record for example a Game and a VOIP like TS3 or Skype or whatever, while listening to music (Spotify). However, I don't want the music to be recorded, for obvious copyright reasons.

try setting up a audio passthrough with virtual audio cable

 

This will work with media players that let you select source (like VLC and Foobar). For YT and such you will need to get hardware solution.
